ABOUT US
The vision of YPZ Youth Ministry is to build up the Body of Christ. We shall be faithful to this vision by using The Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20) as our guide.
Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.
The Scope of our vision is stressed in four parts of the Great Commission:
To Go and Make Disciples: We shall exist to SEND ourselves to those who are hurting among us or have lost their way; to those who may not know Christ; to those who are the weary, the worn and the weak.
Baptizing Them: We shall exist to SHARE the Good News of Jesus Christ with each other as well as those in our community, nation, and world through our words and actions.
Teaching Them: We shall exist to SURROUND our youth with opportunities for spiritual growth, safe learning environments, and Biblical Truths.
With You Always: We shall have the confidence that God is the sustainer for our purpose. God will be with us in building relationships with all youth and creating the environment needed to make Disciples for Jesus Christ.
